Job Description:

Outside sales representatives will grow sales numbers for a given territory, interfacing with our customer base. This involves visiting customers onsite to provide solutions for industrial systems, including but not limited to the following.

• Visit new and existing customers on site to develop business opportunities
• Meet with all levels in the facility, including planning, maintenance, purchasing, safety, and engineering
• Review application parameters to properly select products and services best suited to a customer's needs
• Troubleshoot systems in the field
• Assist with startup and commissioning of systems
• Perform steam trap surveys and thermal assessments
• Work with factory personnel to grow sales.

Training for technical aspects will be provided.

Job Requirements:

• Strong communication skills to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other sales personnel
• Multi-tasking and task-tracking as you will have multiple work streams at any given time
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to understand process control equipment

This is a full-time position and hours of work and days are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job responsibilities demand.

Our driver's are an integral portion of our daily business. This job involves, picking up material from local vendors, making deliveries to customers and jobsites, and working with our warehouse team to ensure proper loading and unloading of materials.

Job Requirements:

• Valid class C driver's licenses
• Clean driving record (DMV report will be required)
• High attention to detail to ensure items are properly received from vendors and delivered to customers
• Good communication skills
• Able to lift 50 lbs.

This is a full-time position for deliveries and pickups in Southern California. Drivers typically work an 8-hour day with staggered start times but centering around 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. A company vehicle is provided for work hours.

Inside sales representatives interface with our customer base, assisting with product selection, producing quotations, and processing purchase orders in order to grow and develop relationships with customers. Training will be provided for the technical aspects of the position.

In addition to working with our customers, inside sales representatives will coordinate with the outside sales team as well as our vendors to coordinate delivery of equipment and projects.
